all three movies were a huge hit and hopefully they are making a part 4. there is talk about it, but theres also talk that toby mcguire and sam raimi might not do it. if the movie is released im hoping for Carnage and Lizard. only problem is, spiderman was supposed to be a family friendly movie. how are they gona tie in a serial killer like carnage into the plot? what do you guys think

they are all entertaining. I really don't know if they follow the plots of the original one.

In January 2007, Dylan Baker, who portrays Dr. Curt Connors, expressed interest in portraying the character's villainous alter-ego, the Lizard, as has Raimi.[68] Producer Grant Curtis is also a fan of the character, and has also expressed interest in Kraven the Hunter.[69] The Lizard was in an early draft of the second film's script.[70] Raimi said that if he returned to direct, he would take advantage of the established character of Dr. Curt Connors to introduce the Lizard. Raimi also expressed interest in setting up the Sinister Six with introductions to the Vulture and Electro.[62] Sony plans to release Spider-Man 4 in the summer of 2010.[71] In addition, Avi Arad confirmed in a one-on-one interview that a spin-off film about Venom was in the works.[72]
I also remember reading that Stan Lee wanted them to take the series into a lot more darker feel and a lot more realistic. IE Blood and more cursing, he said something along the lines of doing it even if they got a R-rating.

You could kinda see them going in that direction a bit more in the last film. Peter Parker being an asshole, changing his hair and look to look more sinister (emo IMO), didn't he kill someone too? Anywho, I hope it happens. I wanna see an R rated Spidey movie.
