Okay so I usually workout right after school at like 12 o clock in the afternoon.. And after school I am really sleepy and stuff and I lose my motivation to workout but at all other times I am ready to go and I want to get to the gym.. But after school the gym is right there and I don't want to go all the way home and waste gas when I can just go right then and there.. does anyone have any tips on getting more energy or something during the morning and into the afternoon? or is that how everyone is?

First of I think you have to start with light workout, and gradually build yourself up. After you get into a good routine try a supplement, the reason I say supplement second is because you have to get your body going into shape why take supplements if you not gonna workout as hard because you're not used to it yet.
Make sure u Find some good tracks to listen to, I mean some heat that gets your adrenaline rushing at your workouts. Work out to make yourself feel good, intimidate someone, and make the honeys look twice, you put that all into perspective and you have motivation. |

1. Make sure you are getting enough sleep.
2. Shorten your workout (30-40 mins) so when you go you aren't in there a long as time. Get in, get out. 3. Man up bitch and just do it! Once you get into a routine/rhythm you will start having more energy. 4. Make sure you setup a routine of exercises you like to do, so you can look forward to that shit. 5. Like it was mentioned, get you some hype music to listen to.

i dont rekon shorten ur workout, you only get outta something what u put into it so go hard. creatine can be good for that extra boost. sip a energy drink whilst at th gym, i find after my first set im usually hyped up and ready to roll and thats after i cant be fukt. so jus do it like nike homie
